Syfy’s Wynonna Earp Season 4 Key Art
As a fan of Wynonna Earp, it's an absolute thrill to have my design selected to represent Syfy’s hit TV show. The key art will be featured across all platforms to promote the show’s fourth season which debuts July 26, 2020.
My concept behind the illustration was based on the storyline at the end of season three. Wynonna’s sister, Waverly is dragged from the forest stairs and through the doors to Eden by supernatural vines. Doc Holliday follows in pursuit vowing to save her. Both disappear. In the artwork, I intentionally separated those two from the other characters by placing the staircase between them. The silhouettes of the trees in the background sets an ominous tone – but the blue skies and the face of Wynonna looking upward are to give the piece a sense of hope.
Within hours of the unveiling, the key art has been popping up on various on-line sites.
